Improving overall user experience is our top priority. Web Support pulls from resources, people, and ideas rooted deep in the University's culture. We're not about change for change's sake. We're about building relationships and transforming the online Illinois State experience into an intuitive resource for the entire community.

Web Support sets standards for usability, and branding for websites and Web applications within Illinois State. We tailor the Illinois State home page to reflect the interests of the campus, community and visitors. We serve current students, faculty and staff with the iCampus Portal.
